Hello there, You should try searching nearby localities for a good dealer. Usually a good dealer would guide you through indigenous and imported granite and should be able to tell the pros and cons of each granite based on color and chemical characteristics. Do try Banarghatta road for mid-sized to large dealers e.g. 1. Granite Art 2. Stone League Int. 3. Prem Marbles etc.. Don't visit these ones only. We are renovating our kitchen and I can’t decide if I should put the sink on the kitchen island as opposed to the back wall near the stove where of course there is no possibility of a window. I have always had a window so I’m not sure if in the long run I would miss it. The other option would be to remove the large window 7’ x 5’5” and put a smaller window so that I can put the sink on that side. The designer is saying that the sink in the island would be better just in terms of added cost and I would lose a lot of pantry space if we went the replacement window route. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
