I once had some commercial equipment removed from a cafeteria. After seeing the 1/4-3/8 inch thick grease buildup on the sides of the fryer, my appetite for fried foods disappeared for a time. We actually started by scraping with a 2 inch putty knife. Then, we tried everything we could find. For places you could cover, we sprayed with oven cleaner and covered with plastic which was the method used for the company's candy production equipment. They sprayed everything on Friday night and let it sit for the weekend and cleaned it on Monday. The best product I have ever found was "grease control" from the Odo-ban company which is actually an emulsifier so much more green than the toxic chemicals found in some of the cleaners.

Is it iron or wood or both? You can paint it, antique it up. Do you go for anything with shine or shimmer? gold, copper, silver? This is a dilemma indeed! Posts in the middle of rooms are always a little difficult. It would be helpful to have pictures of all four walls to suggest the best layout. From what I can understand of your dilemma, I've attached a layout that may work based on your description. It features a defined entry. So when you walk through the front door, you will see a console table with a couple of ottomans stashed beneath. They can come in handy for extra seating. In front of the console are two arm chairs, followed by a modular sectional - they make up your main seating area. To the right of the kitchen door is a TV console. Behind the sofa is a bookcase and to the right is a round table with a couple of chairs for games, paper work or what have you. You don't mention any windows. Is this the case? If so, we'll want to make sure you've got adequate lighting and colors that will work with the limited light. Hope this helps!

I know all the houses in side would be beautiful, but went with the last one as the tiles outside give me enough info to have an idea of how beautiful ( if not beautiful) at least layout wise and material wise, how it would be, Now, can we see the inside please? hehe*
