Hello,

The damper control is located right underneath the mesh screens. The glass and frame are attached to the lintel bar of your masonry opening. Please feel free to call 877-447-4768 with any questions regarding assembly.

THANKS FOR INPUT, BUTSTILL NOT CLEAR ON THE WAY THE DAMPER CONTROL MECHANISM IS ATTACHED TO THE DAMPER HANDLE ITSELF INSIDE THE FIREPLACE. RAD
