I'd go with either another neutral (gray, cream, etc) or a rustic look that wouldn't compete with the floor but would harmonize with it... (You don't show your TV, but be sure to get something significantly wider, for balance, if possible.)

Is the condo a wood structure or is there a concrete subfloor? If you have concrete, you will need to either float the hardwood (make sure you look at floating engineered...not all are designed to float) or a glue down floor (again, make sure the hardwood has the ability to be glued in place...not all of them are designed that way). If the condo board has rules about acoustic underlay, then the cheapest install is a floating floor over a high-end underlay. Gluing down hardwood over acoustic underlay is VERY expensive (double the glue and double the labour and double the length of installation).

It took me ten years to figure out as an adult why my allergies are non stop when I visit my moms custom home. This morning I figured it out. Pine floors. We eliminated feathers, my seasonal allergies and there are no other triggers apparently in this house. I have to take the max allergy meds per day to be here. Treating the floor did not stop this from.happening to me as my allergies are severe. So heads up guys, people can react to the wood flooring even after its treated

We want to avoid hardwood floors in kitchen and dining because of spills , accidents and experiments that my kids and I have and that is why tiles are a better option
