New bathroom

Really like this look but we are concerned about long term durability of the seams when choosing laminate for a bathroom sink countertop. Do installers provide warranties?

Thank you for the question. At Country Cabinets we (fabricate and Install) laminate countertops, and we provide a 1 year warranty on our work done. We prefer the Formica and Wilsonart laminates and they provide warranty's on the product as well. Karran is the preferred company to use when doing an undermount sink with laminate. Country Cabinets has been using Karran sinks with laminate for over 10 years and has never had an issues or one call back. I would never recommend getting laminate countertops from a big box store, and the laminate is a lesser quality (that is how they get it to the price point they need) and they are not building the tops for quality, they have built the tops for quantity. you have already given the outlet for the bathroom fixtures now you have the option of going for exposed wall mixers only and you bathroom width might be 8 feet I assume in this you have the wc in the left for er , shower in the middle & basin on the right corner now you can't do the cubicle it'll too cramp if you do it. basic cubicle size is 3 ft X 4 ft draw your bathroom size n a paper n post it

Priya, There is no end to wishlist :). It's a new home and remodelling bathrooms may be a very costly affair in terms of money and efforts/time and sometimes approvals from builders. Before indulging in the process would give a straightforward suggestion to check if you would really like to do that now.
