One of my clients had no designated space for puja in their home, and they would have had to squeeze it into a passage somewhere. So when they came to me for ideas, I noticed in the floor plan that they had a beautiful covered verandah overlooking a private garden. The wall of that verandah was towards the east side of the garden. So I thought- why not carve out a rustic simple puja space here? Outdoors? The client was game. Hi Soumya. Coming to your bay (curved) window first. You can give a seating over there which will run along the length of the window. The backside of this seating will hug the shape of the window but the front portion will be flat. Now, coming to the sofa. There are couple of arrangements that may suit here. Place a 3 seater sofa next to the wall on the right of the curved bay window (, the wall opposite to the 5 ft window). You can then place 2 wing chairs or a 2 seater sofa next to the 5 ft window wall, in front of the 3 seater. Place a 3 seater sofa next to the wall on the right of the bay window (, the wall opposite to the 5 ft window). You can place 1 or 2 wing chairs or a 1+1 seater sofa to the left of the 3 seater, facing the curved bay window. You can also introduce a partition behind this 1+1 seating arrangment to separate the seating from the study. You can place a 3 seater sofa next to the 5 ft window wall. This will free up your lengthy wall and you can place a TV unit/stand there. You can put a Settee bench to the right of the 3 seater, facing the curved bay window. If you are putting a TV on the lengthy wall, then have a partition to separate the seating and the study. Now coming to the study, you can put the study table where your aquarium is currently.
