I have just planned the above color scheme for my new home .Not yet completed and I have to put an order for granite . ACTUALLY I like white counter tops but marble is not a good option. Should I choose WHITE GRANITE OR JETBLACK TO GIVE A CONTRAST OR SOMETHING ELSE?.

Hi Anurag, Black counter top is very common and you can go for ample combinations like light and dark grey, yellow , red, green ...and their combinations will look great. So no need to worry..go for any colorful combinations. Regards, Sujoy

Thanks. I am aware of potential materials (e.g. quartz). I was looking more at what color combination works well with ash oak cabinet colors? Would a softer tone mimicking wooden countertop (e.g. brown/beige colors) work better or would a darker tone such as black/dark brown go well?
