Pink and gray are beautiful together, though honestly I'd prefer the gray on the walls and the bright pink on the curtains and accents. A little pink goes quite a long way. But if you are committed to the pink walls, then I think a gray and white patterned fabric for curtains would be lovely.

Here are some photos that may help you. You have the ceiling height to have a nice heavy rod just above the top of you window that could run the ceiling width. That will give you the space to draw curtains back to expose the entire window. I highly suggest that you work with a designer.
