Blinds

Hi there,

I was just wondering what type of blind you have used here? Love the seamless look, Does the builder need to create block work for this? Do they block out the light well?

Karen: Even though you can not see it here, there is a concealed roller blind in a pocket above the windows. there is quite a bit more than just blocking. Blocking is substantial though because this is a big opening and the shade and its loads are quite heavy.

There is no right answer! It largely depends on the room and what you are looking to accomplish. If your budget is such that you can only have one, I would opt for a blind or shade so you can create some privacy and light control. You can always add drapery later to create a soft touch.
