Coming to your question, I don't have any furniture at hand right now so it'll be all new. And having a TV in living space is desirable, but if you can suggest some really nice alternative then please go ahead. I am open to all options.

P.S. - Builder is giving a power point near for TV on the 7 ft wall opposite to 15 ft wall, but I feel it is at an awkward corner might not be useful to keep TV over their. Please let me know your thoughts.

Edwards4's layout might work, but the seating is pretty limited and most of the room is circulation space. Plus it's focused away from the window. You would get more seating by putting a sectional in the corner, maybe with a small end table by the entrance door and a coffee table. The TV could go at the left end of the 7 ft. wall at the top, closest to the seating. If it were on a small table it could be angled toward the seating. Both walls above the sectional could have artwork.

I think I am certainly quite late to reply on this post but nevertheless will put my suggestions here. Go for 2 loveseats in a light/neutral colour against the 7 ft and 15 ft wall. Opposite the 15 ft wall you could put a nice upholstered bench in contrast/printed fabric. Also for a warm glow put a nice standing lamp in the corner between both sofas. You can place a nice mirror on the TV wall and put a nice shelf beneath it and place a lamp there with few knick knacks if the door opens outside in the balcony or is sliding. Also, keep two upholstered ottomans below the mirror which can be pulled for extra seating when required. Place a low height coffee table small one like a 2x2 ft.

You can put a sectional sofa along the 15ft wall, and you can have a slim console table against the original tv wall & keep the TV on a stand so that you can swivel it whenever you want.

Make the TV wall stand out with a nice wallpaper or a diffpercent paint colour.

Hang a piece of art complementing the decor or the TV wall( in case you go for a different color).

You can get a centre table and a pair of end tables for each side of the sofa. Moreover if you could just change the direction in which your main door opens you can have privacy when you have guests or watching TV as it will open on the side of the sofa.
