The Patio brand was a Big W exclusive and unfortunately the roof canopies were always intended to be sold as a separate item but Big W discontinued the entire Jamie Durie line. We have been in contact with the distributor who have a few replacement roofs available for phone order. Yes I have the same problem very disappointed that you pay 299 for sone that does last and is hard to get replacement gazebo

I also purchased one and n big w does not have the replacement cover - where can I purchase another
