Most likely these fissures would be there before installation. Yes, it is feasible to replace the granite piece but the workers have to be cautious. Actually this type of granite when we are using flooring light different will come and you are using ordinary cement instead of white cement so that different is more so leave as it is you can do one thing if laying person is expert ask him to do buffing it will gives shinning only not polish
