Hi. Since you have such contemporary lines with the linear use of windows, I think your look is contemporary, but with so many windows, you still want a connection to the outdoors. My suggestion depends on whether you want to blend in with your surroundings, or make a statement. If you want to make a statement, I'd stay with a stark white, to contrast the sharp blue. Then use bluestone cut in a random pattern, to play off the blue roof, but keep an organic feel with the movement of the stone. If you want to blend in more with your area, then go with a mid-range gray color on the walls. It will tone down the contrast, and still stay contemporary. Not a dark charcoal, but not a dove gray. I attached a Gibraltar Gray from Lowes, or you might like a little lighter gray. Benjamin Moore has a bit softer gray: Cape May Cobblestone. Good luck! Please post your choices.

On your paint problem I can't be much help. This usually happens because of damp -- please get a damp expert to make sure that there isn't any damp lurking in your walls. I had this once when I had pipes leaking inside the walls. I didn't know that. The other alternative is something like painting before the plaster is dry or some kind of chemical mismatch. I do know you will have to scrape all the mucky powdery stuff away and start again, at least on those areas. Don't try to seal and prime and repaint until you know exactly what the problem is and how to fix it.

Depends on what effect overall you want -- hot tropical feel (oranges and reds) or a bit more toned down? You can take inspiration from pictures of gardens with lime green heuchera or sweet potato -- often paired with chocolatey purple, silvery greens and blues.

Coming to the a living room, the sofa color is already bold, so u may use a neutral tone of Grey on the wall behind sofa and the adjacent wall that has a curtain (Place a plant between these two, hang a lamp from ceiling, also use a painting as shown in thr picture behind the sofa). 2. And the wall behind the dining table (with a single chair), paint rose gold. Note : Make sure the any artefacts are complimenting the furniture and wall Color. U may refer the platte.
