Hello Bikash, 5x3 pooja room is not a big one. However, it will be a good idea to do the civil changes you mentioned.You will get additional space that ways . What do you plan to do with that new space. We see a beam in that area, keep that in mind before you proceed with the changes. Wall mounted pooja unit is doable in multiple areas as per the plan. Hello Aditi, As an Interior Designer I keep few things in mind for vastu. God can face any direction except for North. And Headboard also should not be in North direction. Your earlier plan for puja place is also fine. You may also place it beside tv unit with nice jali door, facing south or west direction. Or in the kitchen at entrance with elevated on wall but you have to make the door sliding one.
