What to do with this wall of options?

It's a wall with a window, a door and another door. It has a gas pipe sticking out in the middle of it about 2" (the 94" floor to ceiling line). The french doors have a screen pocket surround that we want to keep. All the measurements are on the photo.

It's a guest room and an office and is always used for both. It needs privacy and a way of blocking light. There's a sweet shade garden in the back. We want to keep this space neutral in color but use indigo tribal/folk patterns for accent.

Right now, we see Option A: Single ceiling track between gas pipe and gray wall.

Option B: Single ceiling track behind gas pipe across entire wall.

Option C: Triple ceiling track in front of gas pipe.

This a stump forest of options for us and each has problems, like jutting out into the room, and where to put a full length fabric when we need to have the daybed close to the wall.

I grew up with panels, not curtains, so prefer them. I used a rail system upstairs with a carved panel that is gorgeous but can't see how to make that work here.

Maybe it's because it has multiple functions, but this has been the hardest room in the house. It looks chunky monkey to me.

I keep feeling as though I'm missing something. Does anyone see what to do?

I would be inclined to hang one curtain panel covering pipe and have a roman blind on smaller window in same fabric, hang both window treatment high close to ceiling like in pics

My advice is to eliminate your design constrain "the gas pipe", because anything you do to hide the pipe it's not going to have symmetry with your french door. The gray wall is too close to the french door so when your curtains are wide open, they are going to look too bulky on the wall side and too far apart on the pipe side.

I assume the pipe is there because you have a concrete slab, but I would recommend you to run the gas pipe inside the wall which is going to improve safety and aesthetics.

Then you can consider the curtains or shades options without extending over the entire wall.

Hello Houzzers, I would like to replace the local-builder-grade main-door of my 3BHK apartment in Bangalore. I do not wish to replace the frames (due to possible civil-work involved with it). My living room (including flooring) will have a white-grey tone/theme. The living-room wall containing this door will be painted in grey. Add two simple box valances above the window and one above the door (suggested height of valance: approx. 10"). For the window, I would do a simple, inside-mount, flat roman. The box valance over the door would mount on just the other side of the pipe. here, I would do a single functional drapery panel that lives at the far left side of the door / valance, when drapes are open. A solid colour 'burlap' woven fabric, or linen could work well with a tribal / folk pattern theme. I would do the valances, blind and drapery in the same fabric, for a cohesive, layered look. Aesthetically, the box valances provide visual context for the window treatments and clearly define the stopping and starting point for the drapery.
