The lighter-- lime green towel would work. I would get a glass soap dispenser and, really, any beautiful piece of glass would work well for a toothbrush holder. If the right size, I think something like that would be unexpected and amazing sitting against that beautiful grey tile. I think this piece is quite lovely. It appears that your couch and chairs have dark wood so I would be tempted to stain or paint the buffet to match these items. Changing the large modern handles to smaller antique ones might help to make it less bulky looking and tie in with the other items in your room.. I like the idea of putting a mirror in the upper door, however much as I like the criss cross effect in the sample pictures, adding more detail may conflict with the curves in your sofa and chairs. You could look for a decorative detail that has more subtle style. As for placement, it might go on the short wall where you have a bench or even on the wall where you have your table with two chairs, one on each side to balance the look.

There are systems with racks that lower and raise that make triple hanging for things out of season. Let's imagine four elevations - looking at the walls with the slanted ceilings and the end walls with window / doors. You have the most height between the doors - why not put double stacked hanging there for 6'? - Or do open shelves and drawers there the depths of the door itself. 16" - 20" is deep enough to store folded clothing - 14" will do a lot. On the long sides - draw a straight line across at the bottom of the slant - put stepping open shelves above and hanging underneath on the side without the window. Use double hanging for 2/3 of the length and full height hanging for the rest. On the large window side, consider a bench under the window, as a place to sit and put on shoes and socks. Perhaps on each side of the window, a chest of drawers. Let this be the side that gives the room personality - mirrors over the bureaus. Then, on the front wall with the charming window - consider shoe shelves underneath and on each side - these don't need to be more than 12" deep and they fit fine behind the hanging on the one wall - they just need about 16" distance between to access . . @Rock Doc: Are you addressing this to me? I haven't actually bought these tiles yet - when I do, I will definitely be going for the handmade ones. They're a work of art and irreplaceable in my opinion. However, there are also screen-printed tiles available in the market in more or less the same patterns; the workmanship is of course different, but you get them cheaper, and they're also more easily available. You could give that a shot. I'd recommend Aakaar Flooring Solutions - they're here on Houzz and are able to provide both the above-mentioned types.
