Hi Jeff Thanks for the question. The lighting bollards are a superb product from Collingwood Lighting. They are made from hardwood and have a cluster of three 1 Watt LED lights at the top,which shine downwards. They are very economical to run as the LED fittings use very small amounts of electricity. We use these bollards in many of our schemes and recommend them highly. Best regards Janine
