So I am planning to do something like that in the picture. I really liked the use of the emperador marble and the balancing of the colours. In the second picture, I have selected the emperador for Wall as shown in picture, the light ones will be for the next three walls and the third tile will be for the flooring. I hope it'll look good.

the sofa is set against the window and blocking some of the light. In a small room surely you would want maximum light and have the sofa where you could sit and look outside not inside. Instead of painting darker shades you may look at panelling the wall on the left from floor to ceiling in a dark wood veneer or patina steel and paint the rest of the room white for an industrial appeal.
