Her are maps used as window treatments...... I also saw another map VALANCE for a window a while back where just a portion of a map was used to create the valance. The map was cut the width of the window plus a few inches extra for each side return. The top of the map was stapled around the perimeter of a board cut to the window width. The board was attached to the top of the window with "L" brackets. Hemp rope was hot glued to the top to hide the staples and it added a nautical touch. The lower edges of the map were cute in an irregular shape following the lines of continents .... Have I totally confused you? Anyway, it was very creative and attractive.

Basics first, please get rid of any plastic furniture like that chair. secondly all table tops need to be cleared of little mirrors, table clocks etc. just place three most loved items of your choice ! Arrangement can also be improved the table could come on the side and bed could be centred a bit better (along the window behind it). Walls can be painted a neutral shade like light beige with a rug of your choice on the floor (contrasting- like red so that the pink curtains could go with it)If you could change the curtains then the best option would be to pick a solid colour of your choice and a matching rug (blue, red etc whichever is your fav colour but please avoid printed cutrains)

HI Lavanya, With the current placement East-West Bed placement is possible only if you place a double bed on the bathroom wall. The drawback with that setting is you won't have a place for 2 sidetables (based on our estimation, since we don't know the length of the bathroom wall) This can be amended in innovative ways to add a little space that acts as a night stand. In case the wardrobe is placed on the eastern wall and not mounted or affixed, you could consider moving it to the southern wall and placing two cots instead of the wardrobe. Hope this helps!
