Hi Emran, What a great size room you have. You need to create two sitting areas within the space, and pull them into the room (get them off the wall), also I can see from the fantastic chandelier that you have, that the dining table must stay where it is. I would recommend you go with 3 large area rugs, at least 10x12 looking at the size of your room. You have three different laminate floors. If you want unity, you need to decide what will give you unity faster. The floors are close enough to ignore there differences. Without seeing the wardrobe units I can only guess what will work best. Add photos of the units you are contemplating and you will get more responses.

Well it depends on your wall color as well . since you have such concrete looking floor I would recommend you can chose any electic color like lemon , orange , yellow to give a bright look and uplift room mood or chose any pastle color of your choice for subtle feel . :)
