Not sure where you are located, I don't think there is a municipality in the US that would not consider this a public space and require an Architect's involvement in any permitted renovations. Might want to check on that with your local building department and if so, just get an Architect on board right away. Hello Swati, You may first want to decide whether you want the TV to be floor/ ceiling/ wall mounted. The answer will vary based on that. You can buy the swivel online or your nearby TV stores. Seeing the layout you can utilize the wall adjacent to toilet as a position of tv unit and keep your sofa in front at least 7 ft away. your dinning table position should be at the terrace side and considering the size of the room it should be 4 seater. you can utilize the wall opposite to your kitchen for decoration ..book shelf ..etc. If you want a suitable 3d design to be done you can contact me on my mentioned contact details.
