thank you for the options people... i was trying to think a bit of a contrast flooring .... slightly more browner ... ?? What say all of you ? also need the floor to have some texturing dont like absolutely smooth wood will make it feel like paper...

OSB board will do the trick. You need another photo for us to offer a species and finish. Natural finish (clear coat...water based polyurethane finish...NO oil modified) in a low gloss or satin finish on white oak with FLOOD LIGHTS will offer the same "look" as the poor photo. Beyond that, you will need a better photo.

I am not sure if they would work with you though(because you are a homeowner, a lot of companies would only work with architects/designers). Hello there, If you want someone to send exterior renderings, it won't come for free if you want quality renderings. However, I would suggest going with a two tone exterior paint and a little bit of wooden ACP near the terrace portion. Regards, Aurum Ideas and Spaces India
