Respected Sir, as i can see..there is no way for water to go down the way.so please give a slope over there ..in form of a sloping roof or just a slight slope. than all is okay. and there as you wont face any leakage problem by the roof.

Hello KK, White and Brick Red combination may also look good besides the above suggestion. Ultima Protek is better and more lasting paint. Make sure you follow the painting instructions it should last for 8-10 years. It requires approx 4-5 coats of different dilutions and drying time of 6 hours between coats and avoid rainy seasons for painting. For the wall in the balcony I have shortlisted two stones A) Black leather finish granite B) Grey William granite. I am posting pictures of both. What can be pro and cons as I am looking for the exteriors wall only. Further for there will be window and steel/glass grill at wall of balcony so not sure whether book match pattern of grey William stone will work or not.
