i wanna built one bedroom attached bathroom of size 16'x12'(room size)outside bathroom
telll me about its front design inner decoration how many windows etc. all about

If you want some natural light you could run some transom windows across the top of the bedroom wall but there are lots of bathrooms that have no natural light and are lovely.

Nice size, but a bit skinny! So, you need "zones." Near the balcony, perhaps a couple of small chairs and a table for the view, or a chaise with a reading lamp. Then, the sleeping area. Then some additional storage near the dressing room, if needed, and finally the bathroom.
