Colour theme for kitchen

Hi Dear Houzz,
Final stage of completion of my house. Stuck with the theme colour of kitchen. Attached herewith is the picture of the back splash tiles.Loved it so much. wanted to highlight it . Always wanted a little warmth in the open kitchen plus dining area. Planning to make the over head cabinet colour mustard. the base cabinet in a lighter hue, the countertops blavk granite. Blue cushions on dining chair. waem yellow corian dining table top . Hanging blue lamps in kitchen. Does that sound good?

Comments (5)I think the kitchen you posted is really cheerful, young and full of energy. Nice retro feeling. It's interesting to compare it with the one below that I just found on Houzz -- which I must admit is closer to what I would choose if I were going green and yellow. 12 years agoi agree with lighting trends on the peach ,here are a couple of palettes to choose from note your lighting will accentuate the mood and can give the hue you want , but definitely go for a neutral , the colours are from sherwin williams, benjamin moore , behr , and kelly moore
