“I contracted with A Touch of Stone to install new granite counter tops in my kitchen and Quartz countertops in two bathrooms. Every person I came in contact with from this company was very nice and incredibly professional. They were genuinely concerned with making sure we were going to be happy with our countertops and would ask us questions about things we didn't think to check. After we had the kitchen counters installed, we realized we'd forgotten to request a hole for the dishwasher air gap. The owner stopped at our house on his way home one night and made the extra hole without charge. Awesome, awesome customer service!! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or refer them to others.”

“This is my second project with Benattar and they keep saving the day! My first project 4 years ago: I called Moshe to re-do my powder room, as the original vendor was so flaky, I couldn't deal with. They were super fast and met my deadlines and the quality was amazing. I had a complicated "banjo-type counter" where the "banjo" radius had to mirror the radius of the sink. I had no trouble communicating my needs and getting exactly what I wanted. With this second project I didn't think twice: Benattar did my entire kitchen with center island and full backsplash, as well as and two bathroom counters. Beautiful work indeed! They even suggested and executed a super neat window sill made with the same stone! They also installed beautiful marble vanities tops. Marblus/Lucia were great to work with....extremely professional and, most importantly, kept all their commitments (time, price, schedule). The craftsmanship and quality of work is extremely high, the service level exemplary, and the costs competitive. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“Excellent experience, from pre-sale to installation. Of all the firms I requested bids from, Nicole (sales at Marble City Co.) was the most efficient, most patient, most responsive sales person. She turned around bids on 6 different countertop types the same day, followed up with nice, unobtrusive emails, and was clearer on the timing of installation (which was sooner) than 2 competitors. Even the MCC price came in less (for the exact same Cambria countertop and dimensions) than Granite Expo, the cheapo place with terrible service that people seem to think they'll find a bargain. When my huge island (108x38) nearly pushed us into a second slab, the design staff worked hard to offer some options, so we altered a couple measurements and--thankfully--kept the design to a single slab. MCC was also on the phone with me numerous times to address last-minute design questions I had about the changes. Their install guys were super nice, efficient and incredibly strong; they hauled both Cambria countertops up my building's exterior stairwell in one go, no sweat. The installation team was careful with cleaning and polishing after the set and glue, and respectful of the items in the home. Just a great experience overall, and I love the Cambria design (Aberdeen) because very few people or companies have chosen it. I'd certainly only use MCC in the future for any countertop needs. I'd highly recommend Marble City Co over any regional competitor (because I got bids from over half a dozen of them) if you're in the Northern California area.”

“We are doing a large remodel that includes 4 baths and kitchen as well as an outside deck aand patio areas. Marta and Patrick have been most helpful and patient in sourcing samples and offering tips as we make selections.Their expertise helps us to not end up with something aesthetically "off" due to something that we might not anticipate since we are not experts by any means. They are familiar with the quirks of each manufacturer. We've selected tile from several lines: Porcelanosa; Ann Sacks; DalTile, Heath Ceramics. They've been able to provide almost every line except the Heath. All the orders are correct and delivered in the stated time. One last visit to Art Tile remains in order to select large format natural stone tile or porcelain for the outside concrete elected deck that is off the house-level wood deck. I am hoping that we can use some of the Bay Area beautiful art tiles in some way for that area or fire pit. Art Tile on Broadway is convenient to us and we've never had parking issues even though we've been there about 4 times.”
