“I hired Nicholas Boggess of Oakmoore LLC to completely remodel my outdated Lakewood bathroom in my newly purchased home. The existing bathroom had plumbing leaks that went unaddressed for far too long and damaged the floor. I demoed the bathroom down to the studs and joists and I had Nicholas start by laying a new subfloor and strengthening the existing joists. Once the new subfloor was laid and strengthened, he poured a custom shower pan and then began the new tile work. He finished by assisting with some various plumbing items, installing wood trim, and a few other odds and ends. Overall, Nicholas was a very easy person top work with. I gave him access to my home and he would work on it while I was at work. He is very professional and trustworthy. Prices were very reasonable as well compared to other quotes I received. As for the work he did, the quality is top notch. Nicholas is extremely detail oriented, meticulous, and passionate. He obsesses over perfection, which is something you want in someone who will be working on your home. If there is a tile that doesn't look right. he doesn't hesitate to remove it and re-lay it to get it right. He asked me along the way how I liked everything and to make sure I was happy with the progress.
