“Marina is a wonderful designer and has a wonderful selection of tile at her newly opened store. This is the third time I have used her for selecting tile for a major rennovation.Within a few minutes she had selected two great choices, unique and beautiful. While you can wander for days looking for options, she picked two backsplash options based upon my floor, counter and cabinet samples in ten minutes. My kitchen looks like a million bucks and the backsplash makes it! She previously selected tiles for my new bathroom and helped with the bathroom, and also backsplasmfor another kitchen.Although I am a homeowner, she is well known for her work with designers in the Washinton DC area. I highly recommend her, and her bath and kitchen tile store.”

“I recently worked with Solomon B. at Counter Culture to have a Carrara marble countertop installed in our kitchen. Sol was great to work with and walked us through all our options. A few days after picking out our slab, Counter Culture arrived for the installation. The installers were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend both Sol and Counter Culture for anyone looking for new countertops.”

“Christian at Dominion Granite and Marble was very helpful and at the same time gave me plenty of space to make up my mind. As a result, I felt 100% confident making the decision to purchase. The advice to give my kitchen marble countertops an acid wash was excellent. I had researched it extensively, and found elsewhere that people recommend using honed marble because etching is less apparent. Dominion Granite go one step further and offer to give the stone an acid wash, which completely hides subsequent inevitable etching. I haven't heard of anyone else who does that.”
