“I am a tile setter by trade and have dealt with many tile stores over the years. I will continue sending my clients to Tilemaster for many reasons. They are a very reputable company that treats all customers with respect and answers all their questions. They almost always have everything needed for the job, even when it's a last minute project which helps a lot. And if they don't have it, they will always get it. The prices are, in my opinion, are about as fair as they can be. While they may not be the "cheapest" they are the best bang for buck in my books, good quality products for a fair price. Their mortars, metal profiles and especially their grouts are definitely the highlight of Tilemaster. The mortar is the best I've ever used, their tile edging/transition racks are always stocked. Most importantly is the quality of the grout. Kiesel makes the best grout on the market, one that I will always use and recommend. Well, that about says it. Hopefully you had enough time to read through this whole letter :)”

“From start to finish the proprietors Violetta and Oleg Ilizirov of Marble Treasure Inc. were excellent in making sure our quartz kitchen counter top we chose for our almost completed renovated kitchen was installed with precision and excellent workmanship. Violetta was extremely accommodating and answered any questions one might have promptly either by phoning or emailing. They also accommodated our budget as well as our schedule of installment which was greatly appreciated. When checking into their reputation they were rated with the highest score possible by others. “Delsur Marble installed our kitchen countertop and backsplash. We couldn't be any happier with the end result! Pablo was extremely professional, responsive and courteous. He kept us in the loop and worked with our limited budget and timeline. Unlike the other companies we spoke to, Pablo was honest and was able to complete the project with just two slabs of Quartz for the countertop when all the other companies told us we needed three. “We were looking for an experienced tilesetter that had experience with large tiles and large spaces to tile about 850 sq ft of our basement with 24 inch fully rectified porcelain tiles. We met with a number of them, but they either didn't have enough experience with this type of install, or they simply said they wouldn't take the job because it was too difficult. We found Precision Marble and Tile and met with Mario and saw the videos of their past jobs. He could show us photos of a number of tile installs he had done recently that were as challenging, or more challenging than ours. His experience and the quality of his past work was miles above the other tilesetters we met. And his pricing was competitive. We're extremely happy with the way things turned out. The Precision crew used dry pack to level the entire floor. It wasn't too bad before, but there were some high spots that would have been obvious with such a large tile. After the dry pack, the floor was perfectly straight. The tiles are fully rectified so any imperfection in the way they're laid would result in raised edges or grout lines that weren't straight, etc. The installation is perfect. There isn't a single raised edge or misaligned grout line. One area really stands out. They tiled around our built-in bar and cut the tiles so perfectly that we don't need to install any trim to conceal the edge of the tile. It looks great! Leading up to the job, Mario kept in contact to let me know how his current jobs were looking and when he was expecting to start our job. They took their time and didn't rush and the results are great! I would definitely recommend Precision Marble and Tile to anyone looking for an experienced tilesetter that does outstanding work!”

“Northern Granite Works completed the counter tops in our new Muskoka home. From our very first dealings with them, we were impressed. Trish in the office and Greg, couldn't have been more helpful from start (selecting our slabs) to finish (our beautiful granite counter tops in kitchen, powder room and en-suite). In addition, they completed Ceasarstone quartz counter tops in two guest bathrooms. Greg suggested mitred edges (many other companies stack their edges) and the end result is flawless. We are so thrilled with our counter-tops and their expert installation that we are currently working with them on a bar project on the lower level of our new home. And the icing on the cake? Not only do they provide wonderful service, they are exceptionally nice people as well.”
