From the first phone call to the receptionist, then to speaking with their sales team and field-guys reviewing the measurements, to receiving timely calls by their installation team prior to delivery/installation, all great communicators! I never question what's going on in the sales process because the plan is clearly distributed with me, and I'm continually updated along the way.
