He is very friendly, dependable and knowledgeable. From the start, he provided my wife and I with exciting home automation options. He wasn't pushy, trying to sell us products just to make a buck. He was respectful of our plan and gave us recommendations based on what we wanted to do in our house. High quality work was done on our timeline and he told us if we had an issue to call him anytime and he'd come back to walk us through anything we needed to know.
