Our new deck and patio update was probably a small project in the scope of things, but they made us feel like a priority. Up front, our contact person Jeff answered all our questions and helped us get HOA approval. Our construction team, led by Abel, was professional and detail-oriented. And perhaps most helpfully, Dal-Rich was able to coordinate landscape electricians seamlessly into the project, without losing a lot of time or causing confusion over responsibilities.

“My new fence is great. It was a very quick but thoroughly professional job and it enhances the entire front of the house. They were careful with the painting of the metal trim and didn't have a drop of paint on any of the lumber in the metal framework when they finished. The crew was careful around the sprinkler heads and made certain not to disturb the underground sprinkler pipes when they had to give the post holes. I thought their pricing was very reasonable and I would recommend them highly.”

“Ahlers construction hired an engineer to evaluate a potential structural flaw in a room built by another contractor. They wete the only contractor I interviewed willing to take on this job and hire an engineer. They did exactly as engineer instructed to improve the structure and also fixed other problems they found with the room previously built. They re-drywalled and retextured walls, and leveled flooring and dealt with electrical issues. In addition they repainted and did detail work the previous contractor did not do. They also consulted extensively with my brick contractor on engineering findings since I had a crack in the brick that appeared to be due to the new room addition done by previous contractor. They were very professional and did a great quality job, but I feel the job was a bit overpriced, however, I did not challenge their pricing. I was very confident in their abilities and enjoyed working with them and felt I could trust them. I would recommend their work to others.”
