“It is a cliche but this really is my first review. The extremely high quality of Signature Audio Video System's (SAVS) services left me no choice. SAVS installed an Epsom projector, speakers and screen (together with installing and then integrating the DVD, Apple TV and universal remote control). Before coming across SAVS I had shopped around and I found other suppliers to be slow, more expensive and remarkably unresponsive (in one case I visited the shop multiple times and heard nothing). Howard at SAVS was different: he was immediately responsive to my request for information and in fact felt bad that we had experienced awful service. So on the very day I called him he came to our flat (even though he was in NJ at the time), took pictures and measurements and walked me through the process, cost etc. He got back to me with a quote and despite multiple questions thereafter he was exceptionally responsive, often answering any questions within minutes of me asking. We changed our mind about the system we wanted, mixing and matching products. Not once did he complain and he was always a model of someone who just wants the customer to be happy. On the day of installation his team were thoroughly professional; he was on hand to walk us through the system. His good humor, empathy, desire to please the client and all round knowledge make him a superb professional and his company, SAVS, really worth hiring for your audio video needs.”
