They are very professional and thorough in their business dealing. If there was any change of order or price, they dealt with it professionally. The prices were great as well! At first we were under the impression that Ferguson was an expensive store , but it completely changed once they price matched everything. Overall we would give them an A+.”

They both helped me with decisions, were incredibly patient with my indecisions and many many questions. I generally knew what I wanted for my window treatments but they helped me understand points I had not thought of, hence, hiring the professionals. They helped me with fabric choices, what to line my linen drapes with, colors, hardware, and wall height mounting choices. Then of course, sewing the drapes, ordering the natural shades (I wanted a specific brand) and installing. Both Nicole and Cathi were fun to work with, professional, and such good listeners to my needs and wants. It's refreshing to work with professionals that take the time to understand the clients wishes, as well as, help the client understand certain aspects of the job in which the client may be unaware (as in my case). I learned a lot through this process. They not only were fun to work with, but I love the finished product. I knew I was in good hands. My window treatments in my family room and kitchen are beautiful. I now have natural shades with ivory lined linen drapes. Cathi and Nicole were always prompt for our appointments and went above and beyond in regards to their patience and understanding of my many concerns regarding my window treatment choices and how they would compliment my next project. “Elena was a joy to work with in regards to our remodel project, which consisted of beautiful granite counter, tile backsplash and pendant lights, kitchen sink, new faucet for kitchen. New tile flooring, new bathroom lighting was installed in our second bath. Our master bathroom shower was reconfigured and constructed along with a new cultured granite counter surface and integrated sinks for master bath, new faucets, rain shower head along with a new shower head and lighting and tile flooring in that bathroom. New tile floor and granite counter was installed in laundry room. Elena was very diligent in following up when she said she would. “We bought a new home and did not have a clue as to what color or style of window coverings would look the best. Craig helped us with the process of choosing the right style (darkening, vane size, etc.) and since all we had was color chips and fabric swatches to work with also suggested different color choices. After 6 months of waiting for the home to be finished, Craig and Matt were quick to set an installation appointment even though it was during the holidays. Phone calls were returned promptly and Craig showed up ON TIME(!) with 44 blinds to be installed. He was very quick and he had them all up and operating in the time it took us to hang a headboard! 2 blinds were on back order but arrived in 2 days of the initial installation so he made a 2nd call to install them as well. We LOVE the color choice, quality, versatility and ease of use. In a word they are perfect!! There wasn't any trash left and everything works great. Would we hire Horizon Window Fashions again...in a heartbeat!!”
