“for over two years, I had a couple of contractors attempt to set up a translucent roof over my patio. Unfortunately, all systems installed failed and we suffered water damage and an unusable space for long periods after it rained. Joe Nangle and team turned my leaky and eye-sore patio roof into a very attractive, waterproof space which we now enjoy daily - rain or shine. With this success, we are now considering using Joe to expand and redesign our porch. I particularly like the use of his online graphic rendering tool which makes it easy to collaborate on design changes. Hence, I highly recommend Joe as a contractor.”

“I know people are often looking for good contractors, and I wanted to share the AMAZING experience we had with Distinctive Designers & Builders. This is long, but worth it: https://dd-builders.com/ We recently hired them to build a mudroom, and they were professional, efficient, creative, and timely with every aspect of the project-and compared to a few other quotes we got, they were middle of the road. From day one, they were easy to get ahold of and always in communication. They showed up every morning, including Saturdays, at 7:30 and worked many days until sun down! We couldn’t believe it. The project took just over 3 weeks from start to finish. The crew was polite, professional, clean, and focused. Each time there was even a slight variation from our original contract (which often happens with projects like this), they created an addendum and we reviewed and signed it, before they proceeded. Marc, the foreman, is phenomenal. He came up with creative solutions we needed help with (the dog bowls for one), and had great rapport with his team and with us. Please PM me with any questions-but honestly this was the best experience we’ve had working with anyone, and we look forward to working with them again on future projects!”

“Great experience with Mike the handyman! He always responds quickly, is friendly and very easy to work with and always works around my schedule, as a single homeowner his rates are always very competitive, fair and fit within my budget. He is my go to professional for all my "honey do lists" around the house. I have yet to find a project or repair Mike can't tackle with ease and high quality results. I have been using him for years and expect to use his services for many years to come!”
