“Our Lawn had serious water retention issues. Hedahl Landscaping added gravel to the lawn areas that were the worst. The water now flows away form these areas and we don't have the spongy muddy areas any more. They also installed a block wall to level out the lawn. Both jobs were done exceptionally well and we are totally satisfied with their work.”

“I can't say enough good things about Lakevue Renovations. We originally wanted to replace a few boards on our deck of our home that overlooks Lake Washington but when it became obvious that this was much more complicated due to several rather serious structural problems, we contacted a number of construction companies to assist and after detailed discussions with several firms, we chose Lakevue Renovations. We do NOT regret that decision. The deck is large and is an important part of the home. Jeff and team worked with us every step of the way as we designed the deck, and once construction started they kept us totally up to speed as we uncovered several other structural problems with the home that had to be addressed. Each step of the way, Jeff and team took us through the issues, suggested options to address them before deciding on what exactly we would do to address them. It was a great working relationship and we felt 100% confident that the additional work we did was absolutely essential to the structural integrity of the house and deck. The final result is awesome and the deck is wonderfully handsome and adds greatly to the value of the home. We were so delighted that we are now working with Lakevue Renovations/Jeff and team on a kitchen remodel.”

“NW decks is now completing 17 decks at Waters Edge Condominiums, Steilacoom Blvd. SW, Lakewood, WA. Their courtesy, expertise and availabilty during the planning and execution phases of this project are far beyond what we see with the average contractor. As for as workmanship, I defy anyone to find a better, more beautiful deck anywhere in the country. Ours will be standing long after the condos are gone! You cannot go wrong with Northwest Decks. “I met Steve Habib through a mutual friend. I needed extensive replacement of my deck at my Bellevue home. Initially I was skeptical about whether or not I was making a smart investment, however when the project was finished on time and budget, I was surprised to find myself falling in love with my backyard again. My husband and I canceled our out of state vacations this year and decided to enjoy our outdoor deck oasis with bbq-ing our friends and family. Not only are we satisfied customers but we would highly recommend to anyone creating your own private piece of heaven in your own home. It also increased the value of our home and we couldn’t not be more delighted.”

The work got done exactly when promised. The deck is beautiful. They did a great job cleaning up the job site. I definitely recommend them.”

“We have hired Universal Landscape for three significant jobs (2011, 2012, and 2014), and I simply cannot say enough good about them. For perspective, I am a homeowner that served as my own general contractor on a whole-house-remodel. I have hired and fired many contractors. Universal is one of the top contractors I've ever worked with. They take pride in their work, they are masters of their trade, they work with me on details large and small before, during, and after the job, and deliver an end result that exceeds my expectations.
