“Len made the cabinets for my kitchen and so much more. His eye for detail and determination to make the most of every space was fantastic. He went above and beyond to ensure that the finished look was perfect and to be sure that we had the best materials and they were used in the smartest way. The detail on our kitchen was complicated, requiring large sheets of walnut to be labeled and sequenced in order to create a seamless finish. Len made this vision a reality and we love it.”

“Can't speak highly enough of Eric at Paradigm. I'd been trying for months to identify a solution for enclosing our open bookshelves with cabinet doors. I even attempted to do it myself with IKEA doors and hinges off Amazon - not recommended. Finally found Eric through an Instagram hashtag and he worked some magic: came to meet us, measure the space, and take an existing door for color matching purposes; made the doors; and came to install them - over the span of ONE WEEK. He saved me additional months of headache trying to sort this out, and we were finally able to baby-proof the entire second floor of our home. Would recommend Eric a million times over, and are now looking for additional projects around the house just to have him be the one to complete them.”

“I needed a solution for corralling and organizing my family's shoes, jackets, hats and more in our mudroom. When exploring solutions from box stores or online, the quality and materials used were sub par and didn't fit our space. That's when we contracted The Stair Repair to build a custom built-in suited to our direct needs. The finished product was stunning and the quality of craftsmanship was remarkable. “We hired Rae Packard as our kitchen designer. Her husband, John, is the master cabinet maker and handles the installations of the cabinets and countertops. They are highly experienced professionals and their advice is invaluable. During our meetings, the focus was completely on the project and every detail was worked out from beginning to end. For example, the position and purpose of each cabinet/drawer/appliance/light, etc., is worked out on paper drawings in advance. They have wood/tile/hardware samples on site, which we found helpful as we considered various options. They also have a wealth of contacts (e.g., general contractor, marble places, appliance places, fixtures, etc.) that they have cultivated over time and that they shared with us as needed. All of their referrals were gold. The Packards worked in a timely manner and they responded to all questions and requests. In summary, if we had to do our kitchen all over again, we would call the Packards.”

“Chuck took a probably colonial era table which had been stripped many years ago. He refinished it beautifully! There are several different kind of weed comprising the piece and I wanted him to keep the integrity of the different woods, not staining for uniformity! He did exactly that and my table glows as old wood should! Nancy T Maar”
