“We had installed a set of automated shades in the living room. They work perfectly, and the salesman was extremely nice, helpful and accommodating. The whole thing was entirely no hassle. We initially considered putting up extra shades so windows on three sides of the living room would be covered, but as they are expensive, we opted in the end to only do the glass doors and 4 windows facing south. As it turned out, an error was made in ordering and shades for the two side windows arrived with the others. They found their own mistake, and installed the extra shades at no cost to us. The first we heard of this was when they arrived and put them up for free. Clearly a very honest and reputable company, and we have no hesitation in recommending them.”

We knew when he started the job that it might involve replacing more than the visibly rotten trim near the bottom of the door. As he uncovered more rotten/insect eaten wood that was hidden underneath, he took time to explain what he was doing, and why he needed to replace each piece.
