“I asked Dan Martin and his team at Goguen Construction to design a plan to build an in-law apartment above my garage and over my kitchen and bathroom area. This area will consist of a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. I also wanted to make some changes to my existing rooms in my house. This would include adding a master bedroom and bath and a walk-in closet. They listened to my concerns and worked with me to create the perfect plan for me. Dan was willing to come to the office and meet with me after working a full day to go over all the plans. Even after the plans were complete I had asked about moving one of the bedrooms to where the living room was going to be. Dan was very accommodating and reworked the design for me without hesitation. Their work on this design exceeded my expectations on all levels. “Leon & John constructed and installed a 7 foot long floor to ceiling shelving unit with sliding doors. Wall unit was built with 2 foot wide broom closet on one end with doors and upper cabinet. We also replaced our 8 foot long kitchen island. They improvised and met every request plus more, ie taller island, custom grooves so their is no hardware on drawers etc. I am so grateful to have a crafted in the USA maple over wood. I often run my fingers over the perfectly joined sections when walking by or utilizing sliding drawers. Job came in on time, on budget, good communications during project and my wife said she was happy the way they cleaned up daily.”
