He is so easy to work with and incredibly honest! He actually talked me out of something! Impressive! I will do another review when complete!”

“WeI had a deck replaced with a larger screened porch. This required removing the old structure and constructing the new with modifications to the house. A fireplace was removed from the living room and replaced with French doors for an eye-catching entry to the new porch. The screen sections are very wide and the new roofline is very high, which gives a dramatic effect and brings the outdoors in. A gas grill and exhaust fan were installed so the porch feels like a complete outdoor living area even in the rain. Deckscapes was outstanding. The sales and design process was superior to every other company we interviewed. The on-site contractor was personable, attentive and responsive to our requests. The crew was skilled and respectful of our home. To top it off, we have never met a contractor who cleaned up so thoroughly each and every night.!”

“We contracted Fernando to finish our modular home and make several improvements and upgrades. His timeliness, communications and ability to manage the various sub-contractors was excellent. I have been in the housing business for many years and I am honestly say he has been the most straightforward and easy general contractor to work with in my experience. He solved everything we threw at him, and at a fair timeline and price. The results are amazing. We are very happy with our new home.”

“We have used M&C Landscaping for replacing front steps as well as entire large driveway in Cornelius. After getting 4 estimates, I contacted a neighbor to asked who did his driveway which was M&C. The estimates varied by more than $6000 dollars. The Owner, Maynor, said initially that he wouldn't be the highest priced contractor nor the lowest. As it turned out, he was the second lowest and more than that, his process for replacing the driveway exceeded all the other quotes which meant his base for the driveway was deeper after removing the existing concrete and the layers of materials used exceeded all others quotes. Pedro, his lead contractor, set the pitch for drainage and laid EVERY paver with the help of 4 others, The crew was polite, friendly, and cleaned up perfectly each day. The processor 5 days. I provided drinks and donuts as they worked in the heat of the summer last year. Maynor provided a huge list of references and we were able to see his workmanship prior to signing on. This month he put in water drainage systems to stop the shoreline erosion which was occurring above my lakefront walkway. He also replaced my pine needles with rich brown mulch and he and his company highly recommended.”

This was a project that was a goal of ours for many years, and I am glad that we had the best contractor and company to make it a reality! They weed very attentive, helpful, and responsible throughout the whole process, I would definitely recommend!”

“My experience with Glenn Weatherford and Weatherford Construction couldn't be more positive. Glenn is an honest-to-goodness craftsman....a rare commodity in today's world. We get great compliments on our deck/screen porch that he did as a subcontractor for another company. He also did a smaller job for us a year later under Weatherford Construction. He is professional, skilled and left our property cleaner than he found it. Without hesitation, we can recommend Glenn to anyone!”

“Archadeck recently finished building our screened porch and deck, and we are thrilled with the finished result. The design and quality of craftsmanship are more than we could have ever asked for. After interviewing multiple deck companies in Raleigh, we chose Archadeck because of their reputation and professional approach. The workers showed up on time and were neat and clean during the actual construction. The project manager kept us informed on our progress and was always available to answer any of our questions.
