He worked within our budget and presented a digital image of the project and worked with us through many details over a few weeks. We had a few hiccups with the installation that prolonged the project over the expected timeline; however, we would rather have it take longer and get it done right than have it rushed and not completed to our satisfaction. Simon was always available throughout the whole process to address any of our concerns and ensured us that our satisfaction was a priority for him as well. The unit looks fantastic! We are very happy with it. We would have given a 4.5 stars but this site doesn't allow 0.5 stars. We would definitely recommend Tacoma Woodworks and would not hesitate to hire them for any future projects.”
