Our projects begin with an appointment to my client's home at which time measurements are taken and we discuss the my clients needs. Drawings are then generated and approved by the client. “The pictures tell the story of their outstanding work, but they cannot show just how upstanding the owner is. He single-handedly saved our project because he stands by his work and simply wants to ensure the client is happy, even if that costs him his own happiness (and profit margins). Because of some hellacious problems on the project, he had to remake and repair quite a few items, but he did so without complaint (or additional charges)--only asking if we were happy. It also is a huge benefit to have someone that can approach a project from all perspectives--design, architecture and construction on top of the millwork. Just wish I knew from the beginning that this can be a one-stop shop!”
