“It has been several weeks since my project was completed so I feel qualified to attest to the quality of their work. I had my deck redone with PVC. My project had some hiccups due to a bad worker. The only reason I am giving them 5 stars is because of the project manager, Ryan Quinn. I was quite impressed with his communication and the speed with which he took action when needed. The deck is holding up well and it feels solid. Wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.”

“My wife and I contracted with Alex and Deck Guru to build a deck in our backyard. Alex was knowledgeable, professional, and visited our home multiple times to ensure that our vision for a deck was executed properly. Once we had contracted with Deck Guru Alex connected us with Levi ( project manager) who would be overseeing the construction of our deck. Levi and team are knowledgeable, timely, and hard workers. There were a few days of light snow during construction where we assumed they would pause the build but instead they showed up on time and worked through the conditions. We were quoted a week to build the deck and we were ecstatic to find the deck done within a week. Do yourself a favor and contract with Deck Guru . You'll thank me later.”

“A couple of years ago I purchased material for a TimberTech deck and installed the deck myself. A year after installation the deck started turning white. I happened to run across a TimberTech rep while at Home Depot and asked about my deck turning white. I was informed that one batch of decking in all of the product’s history had faded due to a supplier error in their chemical compound. I held off getting in contact with TimberTech fearing that I would get the run-around and that I would get replacement materials but no labor since I had installed the deck myself. I finally contacted TimberTech and within a month my new deck was completely replaced. Doug Woodside of Deck and Patio Covers was one of TimberTech’s recommended installers. He arrived at my house to give a bid at the time he said he would. He arrived to do the job at exactly the time he said he would with two additional installers. Because they had to go through the house to install the deck, he brought floor coverings to protect my carpet and floors. All of the installers were polite and professional. They worked through lunch so that they could complete the deck in one day. I cannot say good enough things about Doug and his crew or TimberTech. I have never had a warranty claim go as smoothly as this. I highly recommend both Doug’s company and TimberTech.”

“NW decks is now completing 17 decks at Waters Edge Condominiums, Steilacoom Blvd. SW, Lakewood, WA. Their courtesy, expertise and availabilty during the planning and execution phases of this project are far beyond what we see with the average contractor. As for as workmanship, I defy anyone to find a better, more beautiful deck anywhere in the country. Ours will be standing long after the condos are gone! You cannot go wrong with Northwest Decks. “Thad and his team did our 2nd story deck and we are very pleased with their work. We used Azek for the decking which we were concerned about initially and Thadd worked with us to find the right colour for us and our home. We requested some changes to the plan as the project moved along and Thadd was able to accommodate these requests. We love our new deck - especially the lights that we added - and happily recommend Thadd and his team.”
