“I highly recommend Rich AV Design because this is a company where you actually get what you pay for. I have dealt with so many dishonest companies that give you one quote and then you end up spending double. Josh is not the kind of person that would take advantage of a client. He is very friendly, dependable and knowledgeable. From the start, he provided my wife and I with exciting home automation options. He wasn't pushy, trying to sell us products just to make a buck. He was respectful of our plan and gave us recommendations based on what we wanted to do in our house. High quality work was done on our timeline and he told us if we had an issue to call him anytime and he'd come back to walk us through anything we needed to know. At first, my wife was a bit hesitant and didn't want to spend the money to install and sync up our home audio, video, security, internet, remote access, etc. She isn't so tech savy. However, she is very happy with what Josh installed for us and he has made everything so user friendly that she brags about her new skills to all of her friends. Thank you Josh and let me know when that new Savant system comes out!!!!!!!”

“Vivid-Tek Hidden Home Theatre is a brilliant design solution to one of the great design problems facing homeowners: how do you create a world-class screening room set-up without having the wall space to do so? Mark Motyl has found the answer. Exhaustive research to source the best audio visual equipment, combined with high quality cabinetry, allows the owner to have their cake and eat it too: I bought a cabinet that is roughly 10 feet long to go against a wall packed with art in a NYC apartment. When I want to watch a movie or television, I open a hidden compartment in the top of the cabinet, push a button, and a huge screen unfurls right out of the cabinet. Voila— a home projection movie theatre experience. It has been an awesome way to avoid having the ubiquitous black TV that hangs in every home, and instead be able to hang art. The screen retracts and hides away again when you are done watching. The quality is projection-room performance — state of the art levels. The sound is it truly surround sound -also incredible too. I think Vivid-Tek is the best thing to happen to home entertainment and to home decor that I have seen. I would highly recommend this product as well as the top level customer service Vivid-Tek provides. 10 out of 10 score!”

“I hired MHS to do my new 8000 Sq.ft restaurant and couldn’t be more happy with the results. The place looks and sounds amazing. The TV’s and speakers are expertly mounted and he did all of the wiring and programming as well. Came in under budget and completed the work on time. I’ve used a lot of AV companies in the past and Eric is the best in the business. Highly recommended”

“My wife and I retained Untangled to advise us and install a complete AV/smart home system in our newly constructed home in Greenwich. We have been extremely pleased with the entire process and the end result. The available technology choices can be overwhelming. Kevin and Joe patiently guided us through various options, listened carefully to us regarding our viewing and listening habits, did not try to oversell and were sensitive to budget. Their post installation follow-up has been excellent. We are thoroughly enjoying the new system and highly recommend these guys.”

He designed a comprehensive and complicated sound and media system in a home I designed and he worked tirelessly to get it in perfect working order for the clients. He is considerate of space, always working so as not to disturb the homeowners, responsive to questions (texts and emails are returned immediately) and just plain nice. I would recommend Advanced Electrical Technologies to anyone!”
