“Jeremy was an excellent craftsman & businessman--extremely professional. Always very responsive via email, phone, or text. I felt he was very trustworthy and flexible. He replaced a wall of windows in our living room quickly, and was very helpful with dealing with Pella in the ordering process as well as to disclose any imperfections in the windows we purchased in order to have Pella replace parts (one screen was mildly dented which he called to have replaced through our warranty). He is very in tune with sustainable practices and has been trying to source a vintage front door to match our mid-century home through other jobs and Habitat's ReStore. His installation price was extremely fair as was his charge for using lead paint safety standards (we have an infant & wanted to be cautious).”

“My wife wanted a few items repaired/upgraded at our home. My schedule, and lack of repair skills, didn't fit wife's desire to fix these quickly. So a work companion recommended ProMasters. This friend has used them a couple times. ProMasters promptly gave me an estimate and an idea of when the work would be completed. They showed up on time, completed the work, and, most importantly to me, the gentlemen actually asked if we were satisfied with his work!! He EXCEEDED our expectations. My wife is now a little happier with me.”
