“GT masonry rebuilt the dangerously uneven and deteriorated flagstone front porch steps (two sets). They added another step, making each step wide with easy and even elevations. He also replaced deteriorated mortar on the front walk, and set post support brackets for a railing. His price was very reasonable for the work and expertise involved. He was always on time whenever we agreed to meet and discuss the job. It was a pleasure to work with him. I am happy I had a chance to meet this fine craftsman and pleasant man. See photos of steps after and before attached.”

“Core was contracted to replace a pressure-treated two-level deck with a 26'x15' screened porch and a 20'x20' deck. The porch had to be tied into two different level roofs, which ended up looking seamless! All no-maintenance, high quality materials were used. Porch includes recessed lights, ceiling fan, electrical outlets, and beautiful pine ceiling. Unlike some contractors, the Core team showed up every day until the project was complete. Their attention to detail was nothing short of extraordinary. The team was courteous, respectful, willing to go the extra mile to meet every single one of our many needs, and left the job site every night completely spotless. Can't say enough about their professionalism. The end product is simply gorgeous! They truly hit it way out of the ballpark! We are definitely the envy of all of our neighbors!”

“Mark Shriner and his team replaced a landing and staircase off our sunroom, and added a patio across our back yard. His initial design was creative and offered some helpful suggestions. The work was done very timely even in less-than-stellar weather. As with many projects there were a couple of small aspects that didn't quite meet our expectations. Mark was responsive and professional and took care of all of our issues - we couldn't ask for any more than that. We're very satisfied with the project. we would use this team again and would recommend Distinctive Deck Design.”

“We recently had our 20 yr old wood deck refurbished with new vinyl flooring and railing. It turned out much better than we had imagined. Other companies tried to talk us into building a whole new deck, but Brandon assured us that it wasn't necessary -and saved us a significant amount of money. “Greg and his team did an amazing job. We had them do our screened in porch and it's our favorite spot in our home. Our porch had a challenging roof line and we had 4 other companies look at our project. Everyone looked at our project as difficult and couldn't give us a clear picture of how it would work. Greg saw our home and said, "no problem we can do that" That's the person you want building your project. He said to trust him and his crew, they would make it look great. And he was right!”
