“These are our new "go-to guys" for exterior work. We recently had Ohio Exteriors replace the tired, rotted cedar on the exterior of our home with Hardie Plank. The job was large and took several weeks to complete--long enough to get to know these guys a bit. Everything about our experience was impressive. They were prompt and courteous. They redid things that they were dissatisfied with without us even noticing it was a problem. They cleaned up after themselves! Oh--they were very competitive on price as well. The house looks phenomenal. We've done a lot of remodeling. This was a peak experience.”

“We hired Percheron recently to build a shed roof overhang on the side of our barn (which will allow us to leave the top of our Dutch doors open in inclement summer weather). I called Percheron because we were very pleased with the work they'd done for us a few years ago, when they built a run-in shed in one of our horse turnouts. As was true for the shed project, again Doug Mott came out within a few days after we called requesting they come out to provide an estimate. Shortly after that visit, Doug got back to us with a very reasonable estimate. Again, we were not disappointed! They were able to get to work almost immediately and finished the job within 4 days. All of the workers were easy to work with and left the property as neat as they found it. The roof is exactly what we had wanted and is VERY well built. After these experiences, Percheron will be our first call for any future projects for our house or barn. I don't typically write reviews online, but Percheron has earned our trust and respect.”
