“Patioland were professional from the start - the initial consultation, design iterations, working out the tradeoffs, estimation and achieving the required council approvals. Working around inevitable weather delays from time-to-time, the construction team were first class. They always maintained a high level of communication so we always knew what to expect, and they always kept the work site clean at the end of the day, minimising disruption generally to our family. This was a large project, so achieving a high quality end result was really important, and we are entirely satisfied with the results. The promise of creating new outdoor living spaces was fully realised - we never quite expected how much time we would spend in the new areas, so we are very happy with what it has added to our property and lifestyle. “Get Decked Out installed beautiful hardwood floorboards in my two bedroom apartment and the workmanship and quality of work is nothing short of exceptional. The team went over and above and even installed the skirting boards for me once they had finished with the flooring. As I'm in an apartment, acoustics are very important and the team sourced and installed angle step underlay as an added barrier to prevent any sound penetrating the slab to the unit below. I highly recommend Get Decked Out for any decking, flooring or general carpentry work you may be considering.”

“I engaged DRF for my Caringbah South Duplex development. The properties feature a large amount of storage and the open plan meant that the joinery is a showpiece of the development and needed to be quality. We couldn’t fault Dave’s service and the end product. He provided many great suggestions and direction where required and delivered on time for quite a reasonable price. “We contacted Spaceworks after buying a house that had no wardrobes; we were lucky enough to arrange with the agent for some of the guys to come through before settlement to take some measurements and a week after we moved in we had some new robes. They are the perfect match for the bedrooms and they look as if they have always been there, which was high on my partner's list of 'must haves'. They're also much bigger on the inside than they appear on the outside, which is greatly appreciated.”
