“Chip responded promptly to my Houzz inquiry and showed up at my request to provide an estimate on replacing a pulldown attic stairs. The stairs previously had not closed properly, and another contractor recommended replacing them. Within a minute of looking at the project, Chip was able to figure out how to close the stairs (a railing had not been properly aligned) and as a result there was no need to have work done. I appreciated his ability to quickly diagnose and solve the problem without the need to spend money on a new set of stairs and brackets. I would certainly hire him for another project.”

I never realized how much i would enjoy the features of home automation. I can control all of my lights and shades by voice. I have apps to control my alarm, heating/AC, garage doors, tv's, etc. I also never realized how beneficial it is to be able to watch 3 things at once. I have young kids and I am able to watch tv/movies with them while having the sports I love on at the same time. Also, as you use the system and products you can fine tune them as you get used to them. The support I received after the install has been unparalleled. They are very responsive and enjoy helping you make the technology and equipment customized to your liking. I have have already had them come back to do more and will continue to do so. I am not one to write reviews often but I felt this one was beyond merited.”
