“My biggest problem is finding something I like. It took me almost a year to find these fabulous doors. Then I asked Steven Cannella if they made sige lights. He said no but you can easily put doors in the same opening. Who knew? I never understood side lights or their function and I remembered the days when two doors were beautiful and had function. I took a picture of my home, sent it to Steven and he imposed the doors I had choosen onto the house. It was easy to see the finished product. Much easier than in any store. The doors arrived on time and were delivered professionally. I had fears because my driveway is a diveway but the man that delivered took them right down my diveway with no additional cost and extremely compliant. . I highly recommend this company. Their product is supberb and the staff doesn't forget you!”

“Stan and his team at Studio QL (Quarter Lab) completed a makeover of our cafe space in north Austin. The whole process was amazing because they were so wonderful to work with. As a fellow small business, I felt they were empathetic working within our timeline and our budget. They came up with many creative, beautiful, cost-saving solutions that work beautifully for our business. Our project has been completed for about three months now and we have received nothing but great feedback from our customers. The whole project included: design services; furniture building+selection; cabinet building; electrical and lighting work; demo+building walls; installing shelves; polished concrete flooring. “We are building our new home which is 8000 sq ft. We bought all our light fixtures, all the plumbing fixtures and kitchen appliances from Ferguson in Memphis TN. They are very professional and thorough in their business dealing. If there was any change of order or price, they dealt with it professionally. The prices were great as well! At first we were under the impression that Ferguson was an expensive store , but it completely changed once they price matched everything. Overall we would give them an A+.”

Mr. Jim Odom, owner of Archadeck of Austin, was far and away the most professional, personable, experienced and responsive. His experience proved to be invaluable. His recommendations were solid. His explanation of all aspects of the process was right on target. His involvement in the project was greatly appreciated. He ran interference, even going so far as to make recommendations as to a color scheme that would go with our backyard. A totally outstanding experience from start to finish. “Robert was able to view my property and visualize a natural hill country pool and then made the project a true winner. We now have a small Hamilton Pool in our backyard. The limestone work and details make this a one of a kind pool and a spectacular showcase. Robert met our budget and deadline and was a joy to work with. People who see our pool are amazed at the natural beauty and workmanship that has gone into this pool. I would highly recommend Southwest Custom Pools.”
